Residential Community Proposed in South St. Petersburg
The Manhattan, a proposed residential complex, will offer 243 luxury units in south St. Petersburg. The age-restricted community will include independent living units as assisted living units and congregate units ranging from 1,000 to 2,300 square feet. Community amenities in the 10-story building will include a heated pool, full-service fitness center, on-site salon and barber shop, and 116-seat theater. Construction is expected to start in fall 2023 with completion in 2024.
