Retail Development Under Construction in St. Petersburg
A new retail development under construction will include 120,000 square feet of space in St. Petersburg. The shopping center will be anchored by Sprout’s Farmers Market and AtHome and will include other retailers and restaurants along with three outparcels. The existing building on the site will be renovated. Located at the busy intersection of 46th Avenue and 66th Street, the site is close to residential neighborhoods.
