Rezoning Approved for Michigan Ave. Site
A map amendment has been approved to allow for rezoning of the roughly 19,000 square foot site at 701 Michigan Ave. NE. The new zoning will allow for medium-density mixed-use development predominately for residential uses with a height of up to 90 feet. The daycare center that is currently on the site will operate on the property under a lease that corresponds to the applicant's expected redevelopment timeline and may return to the property once redevelopment is complete.
