Riverview Apartment Community Sold for $66 Million
Pearce Pavilion, an apartment community in Riverview, Florida, has been sold for $66 million according to Hillsborough County Records. The community was acquired by Universe Holdings from Passco Companies. JBM® Institutional Multifamily Advisors represented the seller, Passco Companies. Located in a new, upscale area just 10 minutes from downtown Tampa, this property boasts 250 luxury apartments in Brandon, FL and an ultramodern clubhouse with a wealth of contemporary amenities including a pool that overlooks the on-site pond, cabanas, a spa, outdoor kitchen and living room. Pearce is located along US-301 and is less than seven miles from downtown Tampa. In February 2023, Pearce at Pavilion was listed for sale as part of a portfolio along with Longitude 81, a 260-unit community in Estero and ParkCrest Landings a 400-unit community featuring 400 apartment units in Bradenton.
