Scale Reduced for Approved Age-Restricted Multifamily in Roxbury
has reduced the scope of a planned age-restricted development along Cheney Street in Boston in response to community pushback. Among the changes include a reduction in height from 4 to 3 stories and a reduction in elderly housing units from 59 to 48 as well as an increase in parking spaces from 34-37 spaces, with an additional parking lot added.
