Senior Housing Project Approved in West St. Pete
Blue Sky Communities has won approval from the St. Pete’s Development Review Commission for a multifamily development at 635 64th Street South. The 4-story building will include 85 apartments, all designated affordable for seniors. The former Grace Connection Church on the site will be demolished.
