Site Nearly Clear for Rossyln Mixed-Use Project
After the Rosslyn Holiday Inn was imploded in December the site is nearly clear at 1900 Fort Myer Drive in Arlington. The demo has made way for a two-tower mixed-use project that will include 326 hotel rooms and 523 apartments with around 13,000 square feet of retail space. The property developer expects to complete the residential portion of the project prior to wrapping up the hotel.
