Site Work Underway for 700+ Unit Arlington Project
The construction team is about a quarter of the way through excavation for the upcoming 3 building project along N. Glebe Street in Arlington. CBG Building Company is digging out the site for the underground parking garage, installing tie-backs, and putting up lagging boards. The project will include 732 apartments, 77,575 square feet of retail space including space for a new grocery store, and 942 parking spaces when complete.
