South Tampa Properties Acquired by Charlotte, North Carolina Developer
Asana Partners, a Charlotte-based developer, has acquired the iconic Soho Building in a portfolio sale, along with two other properties, in the Hyde Park area of South Tampa. The other two properties purchased are the historic office building across street, 1304 S. Desoto Ave. and a surface parking lot across Mississippi from Soho at 2307 W. Mississippi Ave. The Soho Building offers over 25,000 square feet of retail and office space. The iconic three-story building is home to Bella’s Italian Café, one of Tampa’s longest standing and most popular restaurants along with other retail and business tenants. The property features over 60 spaces in the on-site parking lot, tenants and guests have access to additional parking in lots across the street.
