South Tampa Trade Center Plans Approved

 

 

The City of Tampa has approved the plans for South Tampa Trade Center, a new industrial park in South Tampa that will offer 405,306 square feet of industrial space.  The development, located on the site of the functionally obsolete former Macy’s Distribution Center, will contain three rear load industrial buildings accompanied by retail outparcels on Gandy Blvd., 396 auto parking spaces, a 180’ shared truck court, 9’ x 10’ overhead dock doors, 12’ x 14’ ramped overhead doors and 36’ clear height.  Building A will offer 125,568 square feet, Building B - 139,864 square feet and Building C - 139,874 square feet on 39.16 acres.  The location provides easy transport and highway access, half mile from the intersection of Dale Mabry, Gandy Blvd and the Selmon Expressway. The project is expected to deliver in the first quarter of 2024.
