Square Mile Capital Management Originates $97.5 Million Loan for Industrial Development

 

 

Square Mile Capital Management has originated a loan for $97.5 million to finance Tri-County 75, a Class A, 72-acre master planned industrial development located in Fort Myers, Florida. The project is being developed by Glen Star and Columnar Holdings. The campus is comprised of five buildings totaling 800,000 square feet. The site is prominently located at the intersection of I-75 and Luckett Road with excellent highway visibility and traffic counts exceeding 95,000 cars per day.
