St. John's Set to Acquire Memory Care Facility to Expand Campus
St. John's College High School plans to acquire 2701 Military Road NW, the site of the Forest Side Memory Care Center, adjacent to their campus. The property is currently improved with a two-story assisted living facility comprised of 33 units. The Center is closing and relocating the remaining residents to different facilities. St. John's is under contract to purchase the property and proposed to expand their campus to include this site. The School proposes to use the property for administrative functions that support the private school use and to provide on-site housing for approximately 15 to 20 faculty and staff.
