The New Colonies Apartments about 35 minutes outside of Chicago have been acquired by Bend Companies for $69.5M. The 672 unit garden-style apartment complex was originally built in 1974 and features studio through 3 bedroom homes. Amenities include a fitness center, swimming pool, laundry facility, barbecue area, playground, and clubhouse with pool table.
