Story Lake Gibson in Lakeland, Florida Taking Shape
The framing is continuing, and the drywall is finished in the clubhouse at Story Lake Gibson. The new apartment community sits on 17.89 acres on W Daughtery Rd, near the intersection with US Hwy 98, approximately 15 minutes north of downtown Lakeland and less than 3 miles from Interstate 4. The community comprises one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, all with modern high-end finishes. Residents will have access to an outdoor swimming pool, a fenced dog park and dedicated pet grooming station, two outdoor kitchen and entertainment areas, a fitness center, and other amenities. Story Lake Gibson is slated to welcome its first residents in early 2023.
