Strathmore Square Tops Out
On June 15, 2023, The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company threw the Topping Out party for Strathmore Square in Bethesda. SK&A Structural Engineers joined Fivesquares Development, Torti Gallas + Partners, Bowman Consulting, HENRY ADAMS, LLC, Hargreaves Jones Landscape Architecture, and Deborah Berke & Partners Architect for the celebration. The Topping Out was for buildings 3A and 3B, 9 and 10-story residential towers connected by below-grade parking. The 8-acre master-planned community is envisioned to include 2,000 residential units and a 1.25-acre “civic green”.
