Superstructure Climbs at 312 West 43rd Street
General contractor, Triton Construction Company, has now formed roughly 10-floors of the concrete superstructure for a 33-story, mixed-use tower project, going up 312 West 43rd Street in Manhattan's Hells Kitchen neighborhood.
Developed by , it is set to contain rental apartments and square feet of retail space. The building is being constructed on a through lot, which spans between 42nd and 43rd Street. The development will consist of a 33-story tower section and a shorter 7-story section, connected at the base via a one-story podium.
Designed by , 312 West 43rd Street will stand feet tall and total square feet. Construction is estimated to finish by mid-2024.
