Tampa Developer Acquires land for $35 Million
Tampa developer Eisenhower Group has purchased over 2,000 acres in northern Hillsborough County for $35 Million. The developer secured $19.4 million in financing from New York-based DW Partners according to Hillsborough County Records. The land is located along US 301, on the south side of the Pasco County border. Specific plans have not been revealed, indications are the developer is planning a luxury golf and equestrian communities.
