Tampa Heights Groundbreaking Set for February 7
Developers Loci Capital and Maifly Development have announced the groundbreaking ceremony Tampa Heights will be held February 7. The project is a new mixed-use project in Tampa Heights that would add 320 apartment units. Located along Florida Avenue, just north of downtown Tampa, the seven-story building would also offer 11,000 square feet of retail space. The apartments would be a mix of studio, one, two and three-bedrooms. A parking garage would include 593 parking spaces and a rooftop pool.
