Tampa Industrial Property Acquired for $55.6 Million
Tampa Airport Logistics Center, which consists of two industrial buildings totaling 297,254 square feet, has been acquired for $56.6 million according to Hillsborough County Records. The property was purchased by Clarion Partners from NorthPoint Development. Building 1 is 100,936 square feet and Building 2 is 196,318 square feet. The 36’ clear height buildings were constructed on a 19.2-acre site in 2022. The logistics center is located in an industrial park approximately six miles from Tampa International Airport.
