The Elser Hotel & Residences Reaches $80M in Sales Within 60 Days
In November of last year, The Elser Hotel & Residences located at 398 Northeast 5th Street in Miami celebrated the ribbon cutting ceremony for officially being open for business. Now, sales have been sky rocketing within the last couple of months with a total of $80 million of closed sales.
The Elser Hotel & Residences features a 49-story, 571-foot-tall tower that offers 646 condominium units. The Units are being delivered fully furnished and finished, with access to a 19,000-square-foot double-level amenity deck and a 132-foot resort-style pool. Short term rentals are also available by their owners.
