The Studio Allston Hotel Refinanced for $24 Million
The Studio Allston Hotel has been refinanced via the Cambridge Trust Company for $24 million.
The property features a 5-story, 58,550 square foot boutique hotel located in the Allston neighborhood of Boston. The 117-room boutique hotel first opened in 2018 and is a converted building from the 1960's.
The unique hotel features local art throughout the building giving a nod to creators while adding color to the spaces.The trendy hotel is 1 mile from Harvard Square cultural center, 2 miles from I-90 and 4 miles from Fenway Park baseball stadium.
