The Wynwood Plaza Celebrates Ground Breaking Ceremony
Last week, developers and the project team gathered to celebrate the official ground breaking ceremony for the 1-million-square-foot Wynwood Plaza. Construction had already started prior to this celebration shortly after the team received $215 million in construction financing in January 2023.
The Wynwood Plaza will be comprised of two interconnected structures of 8 and 12 stories and will offer 523 residential units, 26,372 square feet of commercial space, 200,618 square feet of office space and 668 parking spaces.
The construction is scheduled for completion in 2025.
