Tower Crane in Place for 100 Shawmut
The tower crane is in place for 100 Shawmut as work continues on the luxury condo building at the intersection of the South End and Chinatown. A new gridded glass and metal facade will rise out of the pre-existing brick warehouse structure that has been preserved on the site. When complete in 2020, 100 Shawmut will be home to 138 luxury residences and amenities including a pair of outdoor decks, a ground-floor cafe, and bicycle storage.
