Townhomes & Senior Living Facility Proposed for 15 Acre Montgomery County Site
EYA & Brandywine Living have submitted plans for 10 detached houses, 115 townhouses, and a residential care facility for seniors with up to 145 beds on a 15-acre site along Strathmore Avenue. Plans also call for ample green space including a trail that will run from a central open space housing a multi-generational recreation area behind residential units and connect to the Symphony Park trail to the Metro and Strathmore Avenue. Internal to the site, there will also be several open spaces for the residential units and the residential care facility.
