Trinity Financial Breaks Ground on Curtis Apartments Redevelopment
Trinity Financial alongside Worcester Housing Authority CEO Alex Corrales, Massachusetts Lieutenant Governor Kim Driscoll, Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities Secretary Ed Augustus, City of Worcester Mayor Joseph Petty, City of Worcester Eric D. Batista, Massachusetts Housing Investment Corporation (MHIC) President & CEO Moddie Turay, MassHousing Vice President - Multifamily Programs Mark Teden, and Bank of America's David Perlow recently celebrated the groundbreaking for the new Curtis Apartments in Worcester. Upon completion, the collective four-phase effort will yield 527 units of housing, 70% of which will be replacement public housing units and 30% of which will be affordable housing LIHTC units at or below 60% AMI and 80% AMI.
