The Properties, totaling 276,245 square feet are 75% leased through 2023 with Zeta Associates occupying 98% of WillowWood IV and 50% of WillowWood III. This value-add opportunity provides a buyer stable in-place income, with the opportunity to create value through the lease-up of vacant space and the development of an adjacent 6.8-acre parcel (Parcel B) that is zoned for commercial development.
