Two Miami Projects Recently Receive Approval
Two spectacular projects (Mohawk and The Rider) with @deformastudio recently received approval from the City of Miami.
Located in Wynwood, these two projects break the mold of architecture in Miami. Using dark metal and brick brings Chicago or the Meat Packing District of New York to South Florida. The hardscape blends that northern materiality with the predominantly native South Florida planting.
Both of these projects have intricately designed streetscapes to meld with the walkable streets of Wynwood.
Upper levels of both projects have beautiful, heavily landscaped amenity areas as well for the residents.
