MOHAWK at Wynwood Enters Construction Permitting Phase + New Renderings Revealed
The upcoming mixed-use building Mohawk at Wynwood has now entered into the construction permitting phase. The general contractor has been selected and new renderings have been revealed. According to recent records the developer has also purchased another parcel of land nearby to increase the project size.
Mohawk at Wynwood will rise 12 stories and will offer 260 residential units, 31,000 square feet of retail and 335 parking spaces.
