Developers of Mangrove at Dania Beach Plan To Break Ground in Fall 2023
The 14-story residential project is approved to build 237 apartment units on a 2.14 acre site at 480 East Dania Beach Boulevard Dania Beach, Fl.
The developers are ready to move to the financing stages and hope to begin construction in the Fall of 2023. They have owned the site for 20 years.
The project will be built next to a few other upcoming projects on the Dania beach Boulevard strip as well. Stay tuned for more updates on this project.
