130 Residential Unit, The Rider Coming to Wynwood
Plans have been revealed for a mixed-use development located at 101 Northeast 28th Street, Miami. The Rider will feature an approximately 131-unit, 12-story luxury residential building. The structure will also include 6,000 square feet of ground floor retail space as well as amenities such as a rooftop pool deck, private hang-out and dog park, resident’s lounge, state of the art gym.
