226-Unit Project in Wynwood Gets Utilities Deal
Rilea Group has signed a water and sewer deal with Miami-Dade County for its planned mixed-use project named MOHAWK at Wynwood.
MOHAWK at Wynwood is a 12-story mixed-use building expected to yield 226 apartments, 24,639 square feet of retail space, and 3,500 square feet of private office space. There would also be a 318-parking space garage.
