Two Western MA Industrial Properties Trade for $78.85M
California-based LBA Realty has acquired industrial properties in Northborough & Marlborough, MA for nearly $79M. The properties include 301 Bartlett Street in Northborough a 220,100 square-foot building industrial property for which they paid $47,500,000. The firm also bought 150 Hayes Memorial Drive for $31,350,000. The roughly 160,000-square-foot warehouse was constructed in 2020 and sits on over 23 acres.
