UMASS Buys Newman Center in Amherst for $12.5M
The University of Massachusetts Building Authority has purchased The Newman Center in Amherst for $12.5M. The Center serves the students, faculty, and staff of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, offering worship services, social events, student services, and a cafeteria. The 56,000 square foot building was constructed in 1974.
