Upcoming Fredericksburg Hotel Named The Publisher
The Vakos Companies has announced their new downtown Fredericksburg hotel will be called The Publisher. The name pays homage to the history of the project site, previously home to The Free Lance-Star newspaper. The Publisher will be the region’s only full-service hotel and feature 98 rooms along with an 8,000-square-foot high-end restaurant along William Street. Construction is expected to wrap up in Spring 2024.
