Updated Plans Approval for Final Phases of Spectrum at Watkins Mill
Henry Investment Partners has won approval for changes to the final phases of Spectrum at Watkins Mill. New plans will combine a bank and retail pad site into a larger parcel and replace them with a 225-unit multifamily residential building. Per the filing, the firm has been unable able to attract a suitable tenant for either site due to both a weak demand for commercial space and the location of the sites.
