Updated Plans Approved for 2-Building North Rosslyn Project
The Arlington County Board has approved updated plans for the 2-building project planned at 1820 and 1830 Fort Myer Drive. New plans call for a slight reduction in units from 740 to 732 with a corresponding reduction in parking from 574 spaces to 566. The updates also include conversion of approximately 3,000 square feet of commercial space to residential “work-from-home” amenity space and two residential units on the east side of the north building tower.
