Updated Plans Presented for Georgia Ave. Development
A new developer has presented updated plans for a mixed-use development at 5427 Georgia Ave. NW. The applicant is proposing a change in the use of part of the first floor from residential units to office use. The original plans proposed 22-24 residential dwelling units with the modified proposal including 21 residential dwelling units. The retail portion of the first floor remains as proposed in the original application. The development site changed hands this past October for $1,800,000.
