Updated renderings revealed of North End gateway retail development, initial demolition starts this Summer
Charter Realty & Development has revealed new renderings of 198 Hanover Street, its’ upcoming two-story, 5,500-square-foot retail development that will stand at the gateway to the North End overlooking the Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway. The latest project renderings are posted above. Retail space at 198 Hanover Street is currently leasing; demolition of existing buildings on site is expected to commence this Summer. Retail spaces would be state-of-the-art, featuring desirable amenities such as an interior mezzanine level and outdoor seating patios, and would be located in the heart of Downtown Boston steps to all rapid transit lines.
