Vertical Construction to Begin on 200+ Unit Revere Beach Project
has secured a construction permit valued at $2,500,000 for 646 Ocean Avenue in Revere as framing is set to begin on the project. Named "Revio Revere Beach," plans call for 209 units - a mix of studio one and two bedrooms - plus around 4,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Parking for 242 cars is also included along with amenity spaces and an outdoor terrace and pool deck.
