Waterfront Project Sedna Beverly Rapidly Progressing
Building A of the two-building project is up to the roof level. The trusses are set and are ready for bracing, infill, sheathing and detailing. Building A is 32 units and will have waterfront views from every apartment when complete.
When complete, the two-building project will include 62 apartments located only a 10-minute walk to the MBTA, beaches, parks, marinas, and Beverly’s vibrant downtown.
