Westminster Presbyterian Church & Bozzuto Win Approval for Mixed-Use Project in Southwest Waterfront
Westminster Presbyterian Church & Bozzuto have won approval for a PUD & Zoning Map Amendment for the property at 400 I Street SW. The site is currently the home of the Westminster Presbyterian Church which will be replaced with a new mixed-use building. The building will contain approximately 18,513 square feet of space devoted to new facilities for the Church, including assembly/congregation space, a kitchen and dining area, conference rooms and offices, and a community and art gallery along with 222 residential units, of which approximately 99 units will be market-rate and approximately 123 units will be senior affordable housing.
