White Oak Town Center Approved: Construction Expected to Kick Off Later This Year
Plans for the White Oak Town Center have been approved by The Montgomery County Planning Board. The project will include 105,000 square feet of commercial development across 2 buildings including a 45,000 square foot grocery store. The development team told the planning board they expect to begin construction by the end of this year with completion in early 2023.
