Wingate Living Shares New Look at Boutique Style Community for Independent Seniors

Wingate Living and WL Development, owner, operator, manager, and developer of luxury senior living communities, is providing a new look at their newest project, One Wingate Way East, located on the collective campus of senior living communities in Needham, MA.

One Wingate Way East will feature 69 residential units, designed for independent seniors in a boutique style community. Comprised of three floors and bespoke amenities, One Wingate Way East will feature a pickle ball court and rooftop lounge and grille, as well as a golf simulator, makers’ art workshop, yoga and spin studios, and library. One Wingate Way East will offer various dining experiences, as well as a bistro bar with personal wine lockers. One-bedroom and two-bedroom units featuring Juliet balconies and French doors featured, will range in size and scope, with dozens of unique floor plans offered. The community is expected to begin construction by the end of 2024.

Future residents of One Wingate Way East will share a collective campus with existing Wingate communities and will have access to amenities such as an indoor heated saltwater pool and fitness center, underground parking garage, salon and spa services, and gourmet dining featuring a breathtaking display kitchen.

The Leasing Gallery for One Wingate Way East is now officially open for future residents to schedule private consultations and learn more about residency options. The first unit open house will be held on Wednesday April 10th from 9:30am to 11:30am and 1:30pm to 3:30pm, the second on Saturday April 13th from 10am to 12pm.

Priority deposits are now being accepted for unit selection.  One Wingate Way East will be an entrance fee model determined by size, location, and unit type, with monthly fees starting at $2,950.

One Wingate Way East will be owned and operated by Ginger Care, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, and will be managed by Wingate Living. WL Development will serve as the developer.
