Wood framing underway at 2nd Avenue Residences luxury apartments in Needham
Wood framing of Phase 1 of 2nd Avenue Residences, a five-story, 390-unit luxury apartment development built by Dellbrook | JKS located just off of Route 128 in Needham, is nearing completion, with Phase 2's wood framing also well underway. Underground plumbing is underway for Phase 3 of 2nd Avenue Residences; wood framing of Phase 3 will commence in the coming months. 2nd Avenue Residences' 583-car precast parking garage is nearing completion, with its' first sequence built ahead of schedule and the second sequence well underway. 2nd Avenue Residences will feature apartments ranging from studios to three-bedrooms, with desirable amenities such as a pool deck and outdoor entertaining space.
