Worcester Multi-Family Receives $6.6M MHP Loan
The Community Builders have closed on a $6,636,000 first mortgage loan from the Massachusetts Housing Partnership Fund for the Sever Square Apartments in Worcester. The 132 unit development was originally built in 1965 and recently underwent large scale renovations. Units range in size from 1 through 4 bedrooms with at least 54 residences designated affordable to residents earning at or below 60 percent of the area median income.
