Exchange 200 Update 10/29/20

Work on 310K SF Exchange 200 Complete, Awaits Tenants

Berkley Investements announced that work on Exchange 200, a four-story, 310,000+ square-foot mixed-use building in Malden Center, is now complete.

The building, located across the street from the Malden Center Orange Line MBTA stop, features 200,000 square feet of flexible commercial space intended for lab, R&D/flex, and office users, as well as over 16,000 square feet of ground-floor restaurant and retail space. The building's grid infrastructure also supports 60,000 square feet of energy-efficient data center space as well as critical operation use.

"I could not be more pleased with the exterior renovations of Exchange 200 and I thank Berkeley Investments for their vision and efforts." said Mayor Gary Christenson at the announcement. "Our team continues to work hard to create employment opportunities in the life sciences for our residents and I have no doubt that some of the best companies in the region will be clamoring to lease space in this building."

Berkley Investments has already signed leases with Caffè Nero, 110 Grill, and Evviva Trattoria to occupy retail and restaurant space on the ground floor.
