Zoning Amendments Requested for Future Brooklyn Development
Atlantic Brooklyn LLC has applied for zoning map and text amendments for a proposed development at 1045 Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn. If approved, the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood will see the addition of a 17-story mixed-use development, containing 422 residential units. The project would also incorporate office and retail space, a community medical office, and 152 parking spaces.
