The office building is nearly fully leased; tenants will include Boston Consulting Group, who will anchor the building with a new 202,000-square-foot headquarters office across the top seven floors, and Cengage, who will relocate its’ headquarters to 117,000 square feet across the building's second through sixth floors. The office building is designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects
