About 30 Penniman Road

AllstonBoston, MA

Situated on approximately 11,639 square feet of land at 30 Penniman Road, in Boston’s Allston Neighborhood and nestled between Cambridge Street and the Massachusetts Turnpike, the approved project includes a new seven-story, 46-unit residential condominium building above ground-level parking for 42 total vehicles utilizing a mechanical parking system, lobby utility spaces and two artists’ loft live and workspaces on the ground level with direct access outside.

Six of the residential units will be affordable. The approved project revitalizes an under-utilized property site which was previously damaged by a fire causing portions of the existing building to become uninhabitable, thus necessitating the instant proposal to construct a new building with much-needed residential units, which conform to the character of the surrounding neighborhood, future development, and the abutting residential subdistricts.
