About Avalon Brighton

Approved residential development that will construct two new LEED Silver-certified buildings with 228 total residences on a 3.3-acre parcel located steps to the MBTA Green Line and Brighton Center. 

Resident amenities would include roof decks in both buildings and a central courtyard. 

A 180-unit apartment building would be constructed along Washington Street containing studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units.

Another 48-unit condominium building would be constructed on site containing one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units. 

Approximately 27% of condominiums would be one-bedrooms, approximately 53% would be two-bedrooms and approximately 20% would be three-bedrooms.13% of all units would be designated affordable. 

A total of 210 resident parking spaces and 10 guest spaces would be provided on site.
